If we were generous, we'd just forgive their debt.
Rather than donating piles of cash to the countries suffering from the St. Stephen’s Days Tsunami, why don’t we just cancel their debts? Surely this would be just as good if not better for them. Can’t wait for Bono to jump onto this one… ;-)
